rough draft (half done)
"The game of basketball has been everything to me. My place of refuge, place I've always gone where I needed comfort and peace. It's been the site of intense pain and the most intense feelings of joy and satisfaction.its a relationship that has evolved over time, given me the greatest respect and love for the game" -Michael Jordan Basketball has played a major impact in my life. The game of basketball has allowed me to gain the characters of patience, teamwork, respect, and dedication. Patience in the aspect of perfecting my skill. It allowed me to see that there is truly no I in team. That if I don't work with my teammates then the ultimate prize isn't accomplished Respect in the perspective that no matter who my opponent may be that they still tried, good sportsmanship. Last but not least- dedication. The game if basketball has taught me that without dedication all the hard work means nothing. Dedication to attend practice, to play at my best ability. With that being said my career aspiration is to become a national basketball association (NBA) agent. I'm attracted to this career for three major reasons, the annual salary that I would be able to make. The passion that I still occupy for the game. Last but not least the logistics behind it all.Even though the amount of time that the career of a National Basketball Association agent may demand , the benefits of the career are plentiful. I hold a strong passion for the sport, and the annual salaries that an agent may make is also a plus.
